While we're talking vision2 500
While we're talking vision2 500 . . . I have 13 rolls in my fridge from a short I was working on last year but the funding fell through, and I'm hoping to use it in the next few months. Does anyone know how far you can push this stuff? One of the reasons it is sitting there is because I bought it an...

And to think: I passed up an opportunity back in April to buy as much Kodachrome as I wanted to, straight from Kodak, at 15% off. I have an Autopak D4 and a Cannon 814. At least one of those should be good for the new stock, right? I also have a Chinon 1206 but it is broken so I don't think it reall...

using Yale and Bono
I found HiDef Pricing on Bono's website, and the tape transfer isn't too bad. Makes me think I could have Yale process the film and then send it over to Bono for a HiDef transfer. Bono charges $82 for 1/2 an hour of film, whereas moviestuff charges $20 a roll. 1/2 hour for moviestuff (assuming 18 fp...

Sorry?
I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand the question. Are you wondering what the capabilities of your editor are, or are you hoping to intersperse time-lapse photography made with your camera using the editor as a tool? Everything you photograph in terms of slow motion or fast motion depends on the ...

What about Yale Labs?
Nobody here has mentioned Yale Labs-- Don't know their web site, but their phone number is 1-800-955-Yale. They charge $16.00 per roll for the 500T, but that inclules process and prep of the negative. (The place Flying spot uses, Forde Motion, said $8.00 but it wasn't clear if that was just the nega...
