Watch (eBay) for the Lomo tank (15 meter version) or get one from Olex himself...
I noticed there where two Lomo tanks on stock in the shop Parallaxe in Amsterdam. http://www.parallaxe.nl There was also a 16mm 10 meter Lomo available...

Usually the Lomo tanks develop both 8mm and 16mm - all it takes is turning the reels upside down so they click into one 16mm shape instead of two 8mm's. At least mine does...
Or you can do it the cheap way, in a bucket. Works allright... just wear a rubber glove and stir well! And don't forget to turn off the light...

Here is all info needed for the Lomo tank: http://www.geocities.com/russiancamera/tank/tank.htm
For employing it for 8mm you must have the filler rings. You cannot change things by just flipping the reels or something.
You can order one from Olex but consider all costs of postage and banktransfer before you order!
Developing the film in a (plastic!) bucket without reels is bound to end up with a lot of scratches (on the film). Very artistic! The bleach-bath is ACID :!: and will hurt your skin and eyes. Or corrode your metal holders. :!:
Still, developing your own is fun and useful.
