Beaulieu 2008 question

Hello All,
I have just come into possession of a 2008 and had a question. I am wondering if the battery comes apart for re-celling like the 4008, take the leatherette off and unscrew from the top or is this battery different? The camera is, I believe, the first series in that it has one contact point on the bottom. Anyway anxious to get started on this.
