Film making supplies

I need to order some supplies and if anyone could suggest a good place to order them from.
I need a film cleaner(something along the lines of ECCO 1500), film cement, super8 leader, maybe some super8 reels and whatever goodies the place I end up ordering from sells.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to obtain these inexpensively?
