Amateur film.

I am interested in learning about filming with vintage cameras, but am a little lost on info. I called Dwaynes and they sent me here. What is the best movie camera to purchase for an amateur that leaves me the best option for available features, readily available film with easy processing options, and I'm looking to shoot with a 16mm movie camera. Some I've been shopping are the keystone A7, Bolex h16, and a few others. Any help would be great.
