A Super 8 website disappears!

Post by Pj »

The website Super 8 data.com seems to have disapeared. This is/was a great comprehensive site, very uselful giving details on so many Super 8 cameras, projectors and other Super 8 gear ever made. Does anyone know what's happened to it?

He/She/They forgot to pay for the domainname.
Possibly it is abandoned.
Happens to the best. Now it is highjacked by a domainname squater who parked a pseudo hotel-portal-guide.

Super8 is quite popular as a hotel/motel name.
And possibly for sex and porn too.

Check http://www.archive.org for old content.

If you see interesting or important information you better write the pages into PDF on you own system or use a copy tool to dump a whole site onto your system. Lighting can strike any place. Especially now when people have to focus on their livelihood. Others get bored or worn out and just abandon the lot.
Kind regards,

André

I have tried archive site, not everything seems from the site to be there. What is the 'wayback machine'?
