Nizo 4080: Removing the internal filter

Post by avortex »

Hello,

I would like to remove the internal filter of my Nizo 4080, as it is permanently blocked. Can anybody give me any kind of orientation on doing this? Is it a dificult task? My plan is to use always an external filter...

Thanks in advance!

CCA filter: built-in 85A, with filter control switch. flick the switch to artificial light to remove the the filter.

The problem was that this filter was permanently blocked in. But I managed to extract that crappy piece of gelatine last night. Not a difficult operation. 8)
Now I can use a true 85B filter in front of the lens and get much more better quality...

Anyway, thanks for the response.
