Vision 3 500T (in super 8) is available through Kodak!

Post by adamgarner »

I wanted to let everyone know that I called in an order for film today, and they told me that the 500T would be Vision3. Woo hoo!

So, it actually happened during the past 2 weeks. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and they were still shipping Vision2.

Happy Shooting!

I hope you're right.

Let us know when it is in hand rather than in the bush.

Good Luck

They haven't even updated the website. There wasn't any order page.

When you call the main Kodak order line, if you order 500T they tell you it will be Vision 3, not 2 anymore.

Arrives tomorrow!

Order page? That would be nice.

Kodak likes to keep that personal touch going by making us call every time and give our credit cards over the phone because you have to be a $50k+ customer for them even to open an account for you.

They don't even keep addresses... I still have to give them it every time I order.

Amen. So much for a "small business" account.

US$15.15/roll

Shipping came out to around 20 bucks for 2-day FedEx. That was for 14 carts. So the total was around 250.

Yes, for students.

I wish they would have one for the rest of us. I think that they make it a little difficult for small orders because:

A) They want big orders
B) Maybe they don't want to hurt the smaller shops that still sell film at a premium
C) They don't really care that much about making it easy for hobbyists
