Anyone heard of this company/website?

I'm having trouble finding work in the video field since I got out of the Navy, and stumbled across them. Apparently it's a "work when we call you" type thing, where you use your own equipment. Obviously not the best way to do it, but it's a good way to at least do some networking and get some local experience while I'm jobhunting.

Has anyone worked with them, or worked with a similar company?

Or even better, does this raise any warning flags with anyone? It seems like I might as well just start my own video production business, like this is tailored to people who want a video job, but don't want the other work associated with it.
