Filmshooting

I shoot all my films 18 fps regular 8 and super 8 as well. Can we notice the difference between 16 and 18 during projecting or after a digital transfer?

I think super 8 and regular need to be more fashionable among younger users (like lomography for the 35mm still format) to help it survive. Do we need to start bolgs to create new trends?
