Are you talking about the windows program that took a „stereo wav“-file with the sync peeps on one channel and adjusted the sound on the other channel to the correct speed?

Hi, the process depends on the film. As a rule of thumb all olour-negative filmstocks for still photography are C41, while all olour-negative cine-filmstocks (Vision3, ...) are ECN-2.
