Re: Processing Super 8

sorry for taking so long to reply but i don't believe u can use a jobo tank to process s8. the options are: making a tank yourself buying one (i much prefer the lomo s8 tanks than anything else) using a bucket or something similar doing one is not dificult but unless u design some form of rewind tan...

Re: Ilford SfX 200 16mm film

while i haven't had the chance to use the 16mm version of this film, i've developed heaps of the 35mm still stock and there is no major difference on the process. i used the same times as the kodak t-max and they turn out beautiful. one thing though, you need to use a red filter and shoot outdoors w...

I think ...

Re: Pre-taped S8 film

Hi Rolf, i just bought a sound projector and the machine to glue the strip on the film. My final plan is to run the projector using a step motor and sync the sound from the computer to the film by controlling the film advance with more precision. But my projects are running very slow now (kid, job e...

Not sure if the old belt is there... just won the bidding :-)

which machine should i have to record on the sound stripe?

Hi Again,

back on the s8 sound topic, what kind of recorder should i have to record the sound? i know some projectors have rec options but i'd love to have an editor to be able to record the sound. Anyone know types and possibly sources to find them? Cheers
