Canon 518SV Single 8

Hi, I've heard that Canon came out with a single 8 version of the 518SV. Is this true? If it it, is this camera any good (lens quality, ETC)? Also, how much would one be worth?

Canon 310xl with Wide Angle Lens

Hi, I own a canon 310xl with a wide angle lens attachment. Both the camera and the lens are in great condition. What I'm wondering are two things I've tried the wide attachment only once and it seems as though the camera's focus is fixed from about 6 inches to infinity. I liked this result, but what...

very nice work. It's very nice to see someone actually take the time and spend the money to do this kind of a test. I reallylike the detail of vision 200t. What wouldbe even nicer is if you had a better telecine, like a rank transfer from oh say Spectra Film and Video (the best super 8 telecine hous...

Video Tap for 814xls

Hi, I couldn't find this type of post anywhere on the forum so here it goes.

Is there anyone with any useful information on getting a video tap for the canon 814xls. I'm sure there is a way.

okay, I get it. Hopefully, all of us get it. Walmart is an "evil" corporation. It's pretty hard not to run a huge chain of huge stores with super low prices that carry just about everything without being evil and greedy. Yet, this post was not to enquire about the evil doings of the store;...

you may be getting pops and gliches either because you cut in between certain pieces of your audio and didn't use the rubber band tool to lower the gain on the ends of the cuts or your computer is too slow at rendering the audio in real time while you edit.
