If you have the option, never use RW discs, always use R discs.
If it is a RW-disc, then they might have accidentally erased the disc because it it a Re-Writeable disc.

Hmmm...if I recall, I think the RW discs are not as common over here.Yea, good sense not to send out a RW disc to other people. Though I might have some use for them myself...there are some movies etc that Ive recorded that I want to store temporarily before re-using the discs.
