Does anyone know where one gets sulphuric acid required for bleaching in the reversal process? I have seen 10% available by mail order, but this seems a bit of overkill way of acquiring it. I would like to get it over the counter as I can get the other chemicals that way.
Any suggestions appreciated.

I bought battery acid at an automotive parts store here in Texas. I believe it's 48% sulfuric acid, based on comments I've read in various forums and web sites. The Kodak R-9 bleach formula calls for "concentrated" sulfuric acid, which I gather is about twice the concentration of regular battery acid. I just doubled the amount of battery acid in the R-9 formula and decreased the water by the same amount. It worked just fine for me, and I plan to continue to do it that way.
There is an alternative to using sulfuric acid in the bleach formula. You can use sodium bisulfate instead. One person gives the alternative formula as 9.6 grams potasium dichromate plus 66 grams sodium bisulfate in 1 liter water. See the "Speedibrews Celer Reverser ?" thread on photo.net here:

A number of chemicals are restricted in the Uk because of their applications in drug refining and explosives manufacture. I suspect concentratd sulphuric acid is one of them as I know it is a constituent of Nitiroglycerine ( from my mothers 1937 school chemistry book!)

Use battery acid for bleach, it works!

Indeed, one can use battery acid very well. I do not have the numbers here, but if you need them, drop an e-mail. You can work it out though. The acid concentration is on the bottle you buy for a couple of bucks. The original bleach formula calls for (guessing now) 96% or so acid and XYZ ml of it.
By some simple calculations you increase the XYZ amount of fluid to compensate for the higher dillution of the battery acid.
I did, and it works perfectly. All my home processed films have no problem in the bleaching stage.
