64T and K40 back from Dwayne's

64T and K40 back from Dwayne's

A few weeks ago I got my first rolls back and managed to do a DIY telecine on them with a Panasonic MiniDV camcorder aimed at a piece of white paper. Worked much better than I thought, although on the roll of K40 the camera slipped a bit and I was running out of time before I had to set off back to Uni so I didn't redo it - hence the black border. The internet has been down at our house here at Uni for a while now so I've only just had chance to upload some stills, I'll put a full video clip up on Youtube when I go home for Christmas this weekend.

(with internal 85 filter on the Cosina XL-204):

I've got to say I think looking at these stills, 64T really needs the 85B filter instead of an 85, even with this recent roll and processing. Here's one I've put in Nero Photosnap and the auto colour correction it did is pretty much what I would've got with the different filter:
