Help....Instructions needed

I was fortunate to pick up the Canon C-8 Tele Converter for 1014-xls and 814-xls cameras this week for a give away price...it looks a nice lump of glass to me. I was wondering if anyone who has the single sheet of instructions that originally came with the lens would mind emailing me a scan of them. I would really appreciate it if you could.
If anyone can help, could you private message me and I will give you my email address....here's hoping
