Interesting - student status at most colleges in the US and UK entitles you to free access to JSTOR (via Athens in the UK). A good resource, since they have most of the larger film journals back to the 50s and earlier.

I think this could be a promotional offer.

I actually considered submitting an article to the journal. But as ever time is a problem. I have yet to see a more interesting batch of articles in another magazine.
