Question about my Chinon 45

Hi, I just bought a Chinon 45 and cannot find ANY manuals for it. All I can find is the super 8 wiki.

Anyway, it can take Daylight 16, 25, 40, 64, 100, 160. Tungsten 25, 40, 64, 100, 160, 250.

So if i want to use 50asa film what should I do?
Also, if I want to use vision 5oot, Would i set it to manual exposure and control the Apperture? Assuming it has a shutterspeed of around 1/30.
