Hi,
Depends on where you live, but I bought mine from Bjorn Andersson (bjorn.andersson@brevet.nu). He is selling and repairing Beaulieu cameras in Scandinavia. I'm also sure the WideScreen Centre and Wittner Kinotek in Germany have them too.

Yeah!
Hi Michael! Great to see these postings from you!!! Indeed I'm going to build a library of online 8mm films and examples. The reason why it hasn't been done yet is simply because I have a huge to-do list and this list isn't priority 1. However, I have a couple of my own films that I'll upload very s...

Hi Pedro!
Great to hear you've got a scanner. I have written some instructions how to upload manuals. Take a look on the link below and if you can't make it work, let me know!

The damned thing won't go off!
I'm loosing skin pieces and getting cut for twisting as hard as I do ... Are you sure this exact model (see pictures above) can do this? Or is there a secret knob somewhere... I don't want to break it either.

I still can not figure out how to unscrew the lense. Could you please give me some suggestions? Thanks!

What's up with the jitter-thing?
I'm about to write an article about jittering cartridges and was wondering if anyone here could supply me with some new information and/or observations. I was in touch with Kodak today and the woman I spoke to didn't know about this problem. Please post all your info under this thread so I c...

Sure thing!
Hi Seppo!
Sure, go ahead and upload it! I can make a 16mm directory-only under /pub/scans/16mm where any 16mm scan can be kept.
Put it in upload now, and mail me - then I'll fix it!

I need info too!
Hi "Guest"! To be honest, I don't know very much about this camera, even though I've got one myself. I thought the lens was removable, but still I haven't managed to find out how. You can read some tech-info about the cameras here: http://www.kolumbus.fi/puistot/n.htm :?: I too have some q...

To the History section
From: "Bill Sherren" <wb.sherren@ntlworld.com> Talking of the history of 8mm, my father first got a Bolex P1 in the early 60's and added a Lecina 8sv later.. I took over the filming in the 70's with a Bolex D8L and them a H8RX. I used to hire many films during that period through the post....
