Re: Eco friendly bleach
Indeed you can. The developer you use doesn't impact the bleach you use. Note however Riccardo's eco bleach formula you quote there is unreliable. Sometimes it will cause a lot of bubbles in the emulsion. Just sayin'. But use ity by all means. Ahh... it is Ricardo’s bleach! There’s another guy who ...

R9 bleach
I’m using filmlabs r9 bleach recipe. I have all the necessary equipment and I already signed the safety precaution forms to buy the chemicals. Only one question: the sulphuric acid I need to buy has to be 96%, but photographers formulary only sells 48%... does that mean that I double the amount of t...

Eco friendly bleach
So long story short: if I develop my 7266 16mm film in d-19, can I use an eco friendly bleach? Or is eco friendly bleach only good for caffenol based developers? (Note: The recipe is not mine) Bleach: 1L hydrogen peroxide 9% 28ml acetic acid glacial I don’t want to use the sulphuric acid/dichromate ...

Adjusting caffenol developer recipe for 16mm tri-x 7266 film
I’m very new to developing at home. And I figured I should start with the non-toxic stuff first. I eventually plan on using the r9 bleach and etc centra.... In the mean time does anyone have a recipe for caffenol-c-m that I’d be able to use for 7266 16mm film? The recipe I found is for filmshooting ...

Re: Best method for “bucket processing”?
I’m single and I have no pets or children.
I’ve done it before at this film center near my house. So I’ve decided to go to them for advice.
Thanks again!

Re: Best method for “bucket processing”?
I’ve done it before at the Echo Park Film Center. So I have some experience. I was honestly just looking for someone to point me in the right direction as far as a link, video, or a book that I’d be able to check out to learn. I was gonna go back to the center to ask questions anyways, so that seems...

Re: Best method for “bucket processing”?
Thank you for replying I want to do reversal process. I also have a big enough garage to use as a dark room. There aren’t any dangerous chemicals in there, so it’s safe. But I’m very confused with where to buy the bleach. Or the materials. The bolex belonged to a filmmaker. It came in a pelican case...

Best method for “bucket processing”?
I just bought a bolex h16 reflex and have some 7266 film arriving. I plan on buying a Lomo tank, but in the meantime I’m losing patience and I want to shoot and develop as soon as possible. If anyone has any experience in “bucket processing” and knows the best way to get the best picture in these ci...

Re: 16mm magazine
Thank for this!! I literally just learned how to reload the magazine with 2perf film last night. I was afraid the film I had ordered was single perf and inquired another person on here on how I would go about loading single perf film. He mentioned the exact same magazine you posted a picture from. O...

7241 EKTACHROME 16mm... processing question
So I was able to load a Cine Kodak magazine cartridge with expired (98’) EKTACHROME 7241, and now my question is: how would I hand-process this specific 16mm film I’ve read online about needing a prehardener, and something else. Do I really need that? I don’t really care about keeping the color sinc...
