I had good results with a post process treatment with Farmer reducer. I use the Tetenal, just few seconds, it gives bright lights, increases (a little) the contrast. You can use it also only with single scenes. It really can make miracles. Suggested

I find also the inner 85 filter can give good results, as well.
With many camera you must create a filter notch on the cartridge, by simply breaking the plastic.
Check if your camera exposes correctly (because of notching matters).

no, I'm not confusing: I use fomapapan (and process it myself) in reg8mm all the time. I just say that I find that the base is fragile, but can be used with great satisfaction. I think the main drawback of fomapan is the base. I find it very fragile
