I can only suppose that either they wanted that super clean look, or that they never gave final image quality a thought (though that is difficult to imagine). If they had wanted a film look, why not simply shoot film? For the most part the budget was so low, that they couldn't afford to shoot with ...

Canon 1014 Autozoom
Hi,
Dose anyone know if the 1014 Autozoom can be can be manually controlled or not? It doesn’t seem to have an aperture dial like the 814 has.

More Super 8 & 16mm Music Video's
UK Director Tim Pope has been making Music Video's since the early 80's and now has a Website showcasing many of them. All are in QuickTime format and there's even some linear notes from Mr. Pope on the making of them. Good stuff 8)

There's also the Art Institute of SF, which has been putting out some top-of-the line Music Video/Commercials Directors. And if your...

Pushing K40
I was wondering has anyone ever made the error( like I did) of under exposing K30 1/3 of a stop. If so, do you think it would be worth having it pushed, or should I just try to color correct it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

K40 stock at Kodak
