your opinion on the K-3 16mm camera

I've been seriously thinking of picking up one of those Russian K-3 cameras. At around $200 for a new camera kit its a hard price to ignore plus being able to use Pentax lenses is a handy feature as I have an old Pentax and have an old friend who has a pretty large Pentax lense collection. Yes I kno...

I just thought of another idea. Tell all your friends and family that you are fundraising and ask if they have any stuff they would donate to a garage sale. Churches have rummage sales all the time. A lot of people can't be bothered to try to sell or even give away their unwanted clutter. Offer to p...

Wow so that stock was cancelled over ten years ago! 8O I am amazed that there would still be instructions for processing it on the internet. But I find it hard to believe that no one has not tried processing DoubleX or an Ilford stock. Surely some one has some directions for it!?! Guess I will just ...

See if you can get free access to a bar, club or even warehouse. Hold a fundraiser party there. Charge a couple bucks at the door and sell booze. Depending on how many friends you have you can check into community/cultural centers which often have a bar in the basement. Most of these places will wan...

processing times for 16mm Double-X film in a G-3

Does anyone know of the developing times for 100 feet of Double-X film using a G-3 tank? I've reviewed the notes on the site and there are times for a film called 4-X which I can't find any info on. Is this an old name for Double X or is it just an abandoned stock? Does anyone have any developing in...

Sell the CP and fix the Arri. In the long run I feel that the Arri brand name
will hold more value than a CP in the event that the 16mm market
falls out due to the arrival of cheap 24p video cameras.

That FAQ was very helpful but still lacked some solid info on the colour
process. I'm looking for times for each stage and tips on how to maintain
the temperature of the chemicals.
