s8 negative cut....?

after seeing the post on available positive stocks for s8, i wonder if anyone knows of places where they offer a propper workflow for neg cut? i mean from a edl or digital edit, through neg cut, to a positive print- either as s8 or a blow up to 16 or even 35? guess most projects that could afford su...

hey! why not consider blowing it up to 16? here you have the stocks, the labs, and you could shurely get to borrow a flatbed somewhere. if you insist on using s8 all the way, and if kodak cant provide what you want, im shure pro8 will provide whatever you wish. i mean they have the facilities, but t...

i guess if your camera has a video tap you will get a good controll over the process, but yes, timing some shots (static ones mostly) will be a bit of extra work.

workprinter for blowups?

just out of curiosity- anyone tried the workprinter for 16 or 35 blowups? would it be any different from the ordinary optical blowup? i guess ideally you would never bother doing such a thing, and just go get a print of your digitalized material, but then again you have sold your house to make your ...

make some noise!

good idea! k40 is now being sendt to rest with the likes of technicolor and other prosesses that photographers of today are striving to recreate through digital means. kodak has free´d themselves from the yellow envelopes, and its really we- the consumers, who has the ball now. should have... awa...

ahoj! i was scrolling through different posts here, and a question popped up. film(super 8 of course) shot with anamorphic lens attachments(like the ones from widescreensentre, or others), and transfered with a workprinter or whatever- how will it work? do you need a lens attachment on your workprin...
