Intending to shoot this yourself, but without a lot of money makes it hard to comment in practical story terms, as the type of script and the ‘device” used within it at some point would seemingly creatively intersect with what you can afford to show, and that is obviously an unknown X fa...

When I catch the Airplane every 5 years or so, I always have to see that scene.

Naturally they weren't the 1st to use rear project as a means of comedy, but that guy on the bike does make it the funniest rear projection scene I know of.

I don’t mean to veer off the specific topic completely, but what is the technique used when the illusion of driving is created with lights only? Lacking a screen grab, or link, I mean that we see occasional light from what we accept as oncoming cars in the other lane, or cars changing lanes b...

Justin,

Is the film from David Mason available for viewing somewhere online?
The stills look interesting and I'd like to check it out.

Thanks

Steve, It's refreshing to see someone online that can actually accept constructive criticism with tact, so noit that it matters, but big points for it. I'm obviously no graphic artist, and I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but if you were looking for a place to start (On the image), then I would su...

I loved Land Of Lost and H.R. Pufnstuf. Though far more recent, Cartoon Network’s Saul of the Mole Men is equally so bad that it’s actually great as well, but not for the kids of course.

Have you thought of hiring or asking a favor of someone experienced in promo art to put together your postcards? I don't mean to sound like I'm busting your stones, but honestly there is nothing about your postcards (Presentation and even the written blurb) that makes me want to see your film. Don't...

Gianni,

Thanks for the response.

I don’t know who cooked up FC, or why, but as far as a means to express units of light goes, I guess it fit the bill, and yes, my Sekonic reads in it.

3 lens configuration confusion

Greetings all, I’m confused about the exposure setting relationship between the 3 lenses in conjunction with ASA /FC required in this scenario (Light Loss and depth of field aside). My 3 lens (One stop down from wide open) and the foot candles required for 160 ASA (TRI X) as per Kodak’...
