I don't know for sure that they do the kind of repair you need, but you might call Quality Light Metric and ask them. Quality Light Metric Co 7095 Hollywood Blvd # 550, Los Angeles, CA 90028 Phone: (323) 467-2265 Richard Ritter might be a better bet, come to think of it. His web site is Richard Ritt...

Matt, I haven't succeeded yet. I haven't pursued it much lately, but I haven't given up on it either. I still think processing 50 to 100 foot lengths of film in a big print drum on the CPP-2 would be a vast improvement over the Lomo spiral tank or the Morse G3. I've tried two things so far. My first...

Warning! K40 costs less in the USA because it is ALWAYS process NOT included, in Europe it is, instead. Not so, Maurizio. At least, that's not true for K40 in Super 8. CAT 505 3335 includes processing. I bought some about a year ago direct from Kodak. I think it was in the neighborhood of $13.50 pe...

Re: This will get Super 8 back in to your theaters.
But it doesn't, actually. More importantly, Super 8 K40 is anything but "low grain" when blown up to theatrical size. The grain of the 35mm film is all but invisible in comparison to the grain of the S8 image it is carrying. A straight optical blow up directly from the super 8 frame is al...

The calculations for the average atomic mass of an air molecule are based on incorrect percentages of oxygen and nitrogen in the atmosphere. In fact, they are roughly the opposite of what was given. A google search led me to a Florida State University web site http://www.met.fsu.edu/explores/atmcomp...
